On Tuesday, 12th February, the Board of Business Angels Europe convened in Paris for its meeting. This gathering was not only focused on the usual agenda items but also marked a special moment as we bid farewell to two esteemed board members: Ute Günther, our Vice President of Research, and Roland Kirchhof from BAND.

As Vice President of Research, Ute played a key role by providing profound research insights that significantly shaped BAE's strategic direction. Her expertise was indispensable in comprehending the evolving investment dynamics within Europe, thereby elevating our decision-making processes. Roland also contributed greatly with his strategic vision and invaluable advice that have notably boosted the development and growth of our association.

A new BAND-delegate will join our Board Our focus remains on fostering strong connections between entrepreneurs and investors, as well as enhancing a thriving investment culture in Europe. While we will miss Ute and Roland but we are excited about the new opportunities and perspectives that lie ahead.
